Systems Thinking: Team Strategy

Systems thinking is holistic problem-solving.

Systems thinking helps teams dive beneath the surface of the issues they are tackling and uncovering root causes so they can

  • have the most efficient impact
  • understand where energy is being wasted
  • recognize where mindsets or cognitive biases are interfering
  • find the barriers to innovative solutions and ideas
