Appreciative Inquiry Retrospectives
Appreciative Inquiry retrospectives are:
- celebratory: honoring the good things that happened
- generative: asking deep questions and creating new insights
- reflective: full of good/bad/awkward/funny/powerful stories
- grounded: rooted in the strengths and values that make you excellent
Team Retrospectives
This is in three parts:
- peer interviews
- retrospective brainstorm
- themes and goals discussion
Your team will leave with a list of personal and shared stories, some goals to build on for next time, and a sense of momentum.
90 minutes, $500 for 5 team members. Virtual or in-person, travel billed separately.
Individual Retrospectives
Individual retrospectives can be life or business focused, or all-encompassing. They are whatever you need to close a phase and start another. They include:
- generative interview
- retrospective brainstorm
- themes and goals discussion
You will leave with a list of accomplishments and goals and know how to head into your next phase. 90 minutes, $200. Virtual or in-person in Denver or Summit County.
